Ameritrrade screens and daily chart showing 130 million shares

Given the fullness of five years of time now, I very much like the way I have played it:

Dec 2005 stock price $20.60 with investment loss of $68,250

Mar 2008 stock price $20.61 with investment loss of $133,095

Jan 2011 stock price $18.34 with investment loss of $3,500

The stock is down by by 12% since Dec. 2005 and Mar. 2008 but LOOK at that incredible reduction in the loss. Can you say Superior Options Methods mixed with Perseverance?

When the stock gets back to the $20.60 area, I will be UP almost as much as I was down in Mar. 2008. That's more than a cool quarter-million-dollar difference for those that are counting. If you measure it by the Dec. 2005 figure, it will still be a difference of about 200K. It's worth waiting five or six years for THAT kind of dough. And how sweet it is when I make it withought the stock even having to move higher than it was back then.

Yes you were down a bunch in Mar 2008, and receiving margin calls for months, denying it all.

And, don't forget, to those losses, to add your losses which mounted geometrically by June of 2008.

You ain't even close to getting back all your losses. Not if you count all that you have invested and that you have lost (in the fullness of time).

But, you don't do that, do you?

And that is the problem with your numbers, numbersman.
