One of the few good things about Obama being reelected is that it would be good for the drugmakers. With Obama in the White House, there will continue to be NO "negotiated" Medicare prices and no legal reimportation of Canadian generics. The President made a fair deal with big pharmas when he really needed their support and despite the fact that he now doesn't particularly like the deal, the fact is that it is the law of the land and won't be overturned with him still in office.
The benefits from not having to "negotiate" with government on Medicare drug prices trumps some of the disadvantages with ObamaCare for the drugmakers.
Given that Pfizer remains such a huge part of my liquid assets, an Obama victory means more money in my pockets.
