Note: Last year in a flat market, I achieved combined portfolio gains of 58%. On a much-expanded portfolio this year, I'm close to that incredible pace again. In terms of percentage wealth creation on portfolios of reasonable size, there may not be a person in the nation who has matched strides with me since the end of 2010. What a difference from the once-in-a-lifetime credit-crunch crash days of 2008 and early 2009.
