Executed the buy side of the partial covered-call rollout

    1) Bought back 40 Nov. 25-strike covered calls for $85 each or $3,430 after commissions.
    2) bought back 25 Nov. 24-strike covered calls for $172 apiece or $4,320 after commissions.

Yesterday afternoon, I received $7,560 in proceeds from selling 65 of the Dec. 25-strike covered calls at $117 each..

This is the worst instance in memory for the stock getting away from me on the upside but little by little I'm getting the options rolled. My current covered call positions are:

    190 Nov. 24's
    230 Nov. 25's
    065 Dec. 25's

    • So how much did you loose?

Are you aware that there is no upside resistance until you reach $29?

I think you just gave yourself a double #$%$!

      • 1) There is always STONEWALL resistance short-term when the RSI gets into the 75 to 76 area. The resistance there is so great that whenever I see the stock getting close to such readings, I leg on rollouts of covered call options doing the sell side first. This was the third hugely-successful rollout based on the stonewall nosebleed phenomenon.

        2) Are you aware that since the end of 2010 the value of my Pfizer holdings has gone from 261K to 709K without my having added a dime of my own money? I owe it all to the superior options methods that I utilize.

        3) Pfizer is currently selling at virtually the same PE multiple relative to consensus 2013 earnings as AAPL. This stock is no longer the massively-undervalued stock that it once was.
