How many time do your betters have to show you the stubborn numerical facts before you wake up from 50 years of napping to realize that in the 21st century, LA is the least desirable city for US citizens, who have fled it in their hundreds of thousands since the King riots, indeed since the '70s?
Only old Anglos under water on their cracker box bungalows remain anywhere but the Valley, unable to sell their jerry built shacks for what they delusionally imagine they're worth, to join the exodus from crime-ridden, polluted, overtaxed, Third World LA.
The LAST place I would want to live in this area would be the Valley. First of all, that's exactly where all of the big quakes hit. I'm 30 miles from there. Secondly, I live where I do because of the weather. In the Valley, it gets to be 110 in the summer and in the winter you get the big rains. Properties in the vValley are generally worth much less than in Westchester. I truly live in the garden spot of the nation.
