Pfizer is expecting to get about $2.2B for the sale of 20% of the unit. That would indicate a value of about $11B for the entire unit - about 6% of the value of the company.
This is pretty small potatoes which should only have a slight positive effect on the stock. The idea is good but the unit itself is just too small to matter all that much.
