First of all Spinoff of very profitable sectors and no inclusion of shares for shareholders
Sounds to me like a double dealing board? They know very well the possibilities of the spinoff being successful because they have the inside information that shareholders dont get until the IPO. As a shareholder we need to hold this type of board accountable for their spinoff of great profit to the company. Imagine the outcome of MCD had we still owned CMG? Now PFE has spunoff a very lucrative portion of our company and we the shareholders are not getting our share? This again will reduce shareholder profit because we have lost a very profitable portion of our business investment due to board double dealings? I think that those legal sharks should take a look at these dealing and better yet shareholders need to send the very irate letters to the PFE and tell them they won't have their vote and that things are going to change.
