A little Pfizer stock market history
The closing price on December 16, 2004 was $28.98. The next day, 12/17/04, the company reported that there had been some deaths from Celebrex in tests of a group of colon cancer patients. The stock was never again to close as high as $28.98 although it did get close at 428.90 on 6/23/05 before the Viagra blindness scare halted the rally.
$29 on the stock figures to be MAJOR resistance although I'm still looking to see a $32 close for the stock before the year is out.
