I'm sad to report the passing of my older brother Michael (age 76) on Thursday morning in Torrance, Calif. from the Hodgkins lymphoma that he had been battling for a few years.
Michael was a titan in the field of broadcast journalism and was a three-time Emmy Award-winning producer of the Big News at CBS with Jerry Dunphy. Based on his experience at CBS, Michael was invited to teach telecommications courses at USC and Loyola Marymount and he did just that after taking early retirement twenty years ago.
My brother was an avid boating enthusiast who lived at the Marina from 1964 until now. He owned a motorized sailboat and spent each summer at Two Harbors on Catalina Island living aboard his boat.
He was a terrific guy and I am proud to be called his brother. He will be sorely missed.
Now here is the part that my detractors aren't going to be happy about. With Michael's passing, I'll be coming into my FOURTH inheritance. And it is a big one as Michael was a millionaire as all of the Daniels brothers are. It looks like I will be coming into about 350K. Ain't that a pistol. The rich just keep getting richer.
What's funny is past commentary by some board members that they have never inherited anything. Here I am only 70 years old (yesterday was my birthday) and this will be Inheritance #4 with two of the four being for a third of a million dollars or more.
I corresponded with your brother Michael, keeping him apprised of your antics on this message board. He thanked me, and I am quite certain he spoke with you, as I immediately saw less venom toward Janet. He said you were "one sick puppy" among other things. It's too bad he had no children to leave it to. As it is, he is leaving you a small amount, not one-half his estate.
I know from Michael's e-mails that he was not proud of you. The only person on earth who has ever been "proud" of you is YOU. And even YOU know what a piece of #$%$ you are. Die, fatso, die.
