    Note: This is the first time since Oct. 14, 2011 that Pfizer has been out of the Top Five.

    Note: The European pharmas have been gaining steadily on the domestic pharmas the last three weeks. On April 12, the domestics were up by an average of 20.5% year-to-date compared with 12.3% for the Europeans. This weekend, the domestics are up by an average of 18.1% compared with an average of 15.6% for the Europeans.
