Pikes Peak Highway 14,115 feet
4302 m 8% asphalt
paved and over 14k ft
would anyone like to deny those stats?
someone obviously doesn't understand the meaning of "continuous". it refers roads that continue in the same direction even after reaching a certain altitude. it doesn't include roads that reach a certain altitude, come to a dead-end and then require a 180 to go back down in the opposite direction on the same road.
i think that's a pretty good description of PIKE'S PEAK.
Somebody needs to teach you, since you've obviously learned nothing in 70 years & all you imagine you know is hilariously wrong. Not to mention that it took you six years to get through college. Harold learned more in one year working than you've ever learned in your entire unproductive, miserable, meaningless, worse than worthless existence stinking up the planet.
I not only drove to the top of Haleakala, which is OVER 10,000 feet, but I ate a sandwich at the top! There are probably only 5 or 6 people who have EVER accomplished that! I am truly amazing. And I’m not talking about some tiny peanut butter and jelly sandwich, I’m talking about a foot long sub sandwich with all kinds of stuff in it. You people can all dream about accomplishing such feats, but I live the dream every day. You are all lucky to read of MY exploits.
