Revenues at $16M, up 15% on increase of about 450 leases ????
That doesn't make sense. 15% increase would mean they collected about $2Million more than last quarter. But if they only had a bout 450 new leases that would be OVER $4000 per lease !! They only average about $1150 per lease !! How can they claim 15% increase in revenues for a total of $16Million on those approx. 450 new leases??? Bad math??
