After fully reading the 8K, it looks like this company is going through utter chaos. If they can't get things straightened out up top, we have no chance on revenue in the future. Even if they worked things out, there will be so much animosity between the old BOD and the new, that lawsuits and allegations could go on for years. Oh well, looks like HDVY's goose is cooked. With no revenue, issuing of shares to the previous BOD and very few, if any NEO shares, it's a wrap. MDLAND~
I know its only one side of the occasion but I have to believe that Mr Morris may have overstepped his pre-conceived benefit to the company, ie, no evidence of any financial benefits to the company during his tenure.but still drawing his salary up til the firing. He's also the one that probably disposed of his one mil shares from $0.07 down to $0.03! The consultant charge sorta stinks, too. With the pps so low its hard to be unbiased.
