    Give me a break Merrill

Merrill Lynch raises price target to $90; cites belief that stock should benefit from a scarcity factor among defensive stocks and that same-store sales growth should improve due to benefit of slowdown in capacity additions industry-wide.

Could someone explain what merrill is saying??

    1. Belief (Not a for sure) that the stock should benefit from a scarcity factor among defensive stocks. (Meaning?? There is nothing else to buy? like Pharms..)(So the buying is not based on AZO but from a lack of other stocks.... Weak reason, Short term reason as well.

    2. same-store sales growth should improve due to benefit of slowdown in capacity additions industry-wide. (So the country will see less new auto parts stores and will gravitate to AZO?? (That really doesn't drive Comps sales)

Neither justification for this change in Taregt price really seems like enough substance to justify 90 bucks.. I think the public just see's Price Target $90 and started to buy it..

I'm going to my add to my short position.

This is a Pump and Dump about to happen..

    Good Luck
