As the company was spending borrowed money to buy back shares of stock through the front door, there was insider selling at the inflated prices through the back door. A picture like that suggests of, by, and for a favored insider, IMHO.
But you have other views and that's what makes a market.
Please keep pumping up the stock so I can short more as high as possible.
