Well, by itself, it doesn't really tell me anything. If I had access to (and I know some of you do) information of if it was sold on the offer or the bid or neither, then it would have more meaning. It would help identify whether it was someone looking to get out or in to NHI in a hurry.
Congress and the Administration are stumbling over themselves to pass legislation that will help the old folks, as this is an election year, and old folks VOTE. Hence, you have an increase in Medicare payments for Nursing Homes and also an elimination of the earnings limit for Soc. Security payments. Until now, if you were a senior collecting Soc. Sec. and working a job, if you earned a certain amount of $, your Soc. Sec. payments would be reduced. This has been eliminated, which should help Seniors financially. Perhaps this extra income will go into long term health care insurance.
