    "LPC "

Maybe they're starting to sell a few more shares to Lincoln Park. How many per day at this level? 200,000?

Will be interesting to see on next report.

Stock probably won't move up much until they carve it up a bit and share the wealth so to speak. LOL

Careful, guys. You aren't "sucking up" to sno enough and he's getting restless. He's about to threaten to take his (patent) ball and go home unless you tell him he's as great as he'd like to think he is. ;~) Tc

    • Rosie, it is very important that you take your medicine as directed by your doctor. You must have forgotten on this day. Your spelling/typing did improve though. Remember that your happiness should not be directly correlated to the price swings of the market. Especially RGN(down or stable) and SCLN(up). You can always play with that tractor you got in the mail. Sorry but, LOL.

    • I invested in this company years ago it seems because the science appeared interesting. I knew it was a speculation. I anticipated that my $1/shr gamble would grow to $4 or $5 and be a homerun. I never anticipated that our own management would be so incompetent as to destroy the value of the company while taking nice incomes for themselves. It quite obvious they are not out to create shareholder value. This company is their golden goose and our rotten egg.

    • Sno,

Your one sick puppy when you get upset. When you can't control or talk over a situation you kinda come undone.

You constantly invent alternate realities and expect people to accept it without challenging you.

You expose where your mind dwells when you loose it.
      LOL, LOL

If I'm 'Sophmoric' as you say, then relative to my position you appear to be in about third grade.

Piece yourself together. Accept a bit of a challenge to your info with some class/dignity. Hire a ghost writer before you fall to pieces like that.

    • snide, smarmy, un-intelligent remark. You haven't lifted a finger to research patent situations..but you eagerly await to read what I cut and paste...I don't read miachaz...wasted breath.....but then you can't wait to bond with him and do "LOL's" back and forth to each other.

So I guess you just cannot fathom the logic. RGRX can have whatever possible (??) success in any possible therapy area....but none of it means anything unless they have a patent to protect the good trial news..

So why don't ya' go back and suck some face with mia..

      LOL....LOL......LOL

and if your so dumb you can't see patent problems......well, go back and suck some more face with mia.

      LOL...LOL...LOL

Using "LOL" seems kind of out of date. Sophmoric.

    • Miachaz,

But the good side is that Sno "Wishes for Openess". LOL

    • RGRX can't sell any more to LPC without an SEC filing done. And if they sell to LPC, they probably have to offer same deal to Paulo Cavazza.

What RGRx did was to pre-register the potential shares, that they could sell to LPC. So they are registered but not issued yet. That means upon isuance (if ever)..since they are registered, they can be sold immediately. There was a delay before for LPC to sell. but the minute it was declared "effective".i..t appears LPC sold every share they had.

Trading doesn't appear like any one seller. And not computer driven like before we went .OB

      • Sno,

        As to your statement:

'There was a delay before for LPC to sell. but the minute it was declared "effective".i..t appears LPC sold every share they had.'

On the last sec filing it would appear LPC didn't 'puke' their shares but kept them. Read the latest filing and look at the bottom of page 71.

The churning of stocks and shorting to keep the price down has been the same game that has been played before we ever heard of LPC. Probably C-bros on the overseas market-wink, wink.LOL

        As to your statement:

'RGRX can't sell any more to LPC without an SEC filing done. And if they sell to LPC, they probably have to offer same deal to Paulo Cavazza.'

Looks like they just did the filing on 5/27. Maybe I missed it, but where do you get they would have to offer the same deal to Paulo????? Didn't see that stated anywhere.

I'll bet LPC will get another piece of the pie soon. Then maybe we can pass 'go' and get this show on the road.
