Mr.jung that you for your e mail.we can only provide answer to publicly disclosed information and.under that context.i will try to answer your questions. I suggest you read the currently filed 10-k. 1. RegeneRx is not bringing hair products to the U.S.at this time. 2 i cannot comment on jan marini other than to say that we do not believe they have effective levels of tb4 in their product and they run the risk of fda issues since they are presumably selling a cosmetic product with an unapproved drug in it. assuming it contains tb4. 3. RegeneRxis not,and never has been, selling hair care products in europe. 4. we are evaluating and pursuing many opportunities, both near term and long term, some of which are with big pharma and others with collaborators for clinical trials. j.j.finkelstein this his exact letter to me. i believe he has more to lose than any of us if rgrx does not make it. i am still going to hold all of my stock but everyone should make up your own minds
I don't believe Finkelstein. if a big pharma was out there intetested, they would have done something by now. They know RGRX is a step away from bankruptcy. Why would they pay what RGRX woudl ask? A lot of upfront $$$ money, milestones and royalties. if I was pharma, I'd wait till bankruptcy, then TB4 goes back to NIH. Then NIH grants TB4 rights for nothing upfront except back end potential royalties if ever approved. As to the "collaborator". That would probably be Henry Ford doing an MS trial. but they were supoosed to do that well over a YEAR ago. They haven't done anything with it either.
My feeling is that Finkelstein is not telling shareholders why they really do the band aids. There isn't a partner pharma. And the collaborator is no where to be seen. It would have happened by now if they were. Finkelstein waits on somethong else, he is not disclosing, IMO.
