    we will know the supreme court decision probably by late june. it looks like cDNA could and probably will be approved. when I looked up tb4 I believe it falls under cDNA designation. can anyone tell me if this is true.

      I think TB 4 is a protein made up of an amino acid chain. I don't think it's really a singular DNA thing. I don't think the Court will allow companies to patent a humans DNA. A company didn't discover it really, they just isolated it. Isolating a DNA gene is not the same as discovering it.

      I don't think the case will have any effect at all on TB 4 or RGRX. The whole case is about a cancer one. What we need to know is WHAT is the singular piece of news that RGRX knows about, and waits for...that makes them want to continue to do the couple hundred thousand $$ band aid injections.... to keep them from declaring bankruptcy. They know something.
