Six months ago I was dining at a restaurant and there were a group of people next to us and they were getting pretty drinking and geting loud and then the f-bombs started. The restaurant cut them off and asked them to leave. The group protested and dropped more 4-letter explitatives. Then then started screaming that they worked for southwest airlines and their company wrote the book on customer service and they were going to make sure this restaurant would not make it due to their inability of poor customer service, they stood up and staggered to the manager and cussed him out and dropped the southwest company name a few more times. Then the restaurant employee told them he had seen the southwest reallity show where their customers were denied bording on the plane due to intoxication and they should be familiar with not allowing intoxicated to use their service. The restaurant then went around to every table in earshot and bought dessert for the inconvenience of these idiots from having to bear their tantrum. I have never flown southwest since. I certainly would not buy stock in this company as the price of the stock is the same as it was 5 years ago and pays a megar 2 cent dividend.
