not really, I've said a couple times we might not get guidelines in Sept. Still think it's likely sooner than later. Those guys have to write a lot of crap you know, give them another meeting or two. Same story as before, nothing has changed.
It's really anybody's guess as to when these guys are going to be meeting again. You have to understand that before their meeting this past June, they hadn't met since 2003.
It was rather unusual that they decided to have TWO meetings in one year, this year. But apparently there was a lot of data to go over and revisions of the "landscape" that makes up the "guidelines" given all the various tests out there, hence the additional meeting this past week in September.
It certainly must be VERY frustrating for the management team of Exact Sciences to be dealing with so much "uncertainty" from this advisory board.
