This is NOT AT ALL the same as the last secondary.
NOTHING like it in fact. For starters, this announcement comes at a most conspicuous time in light of our failed precancer detection results. Are additional clinical trials going to be needed in order achieve labeling that would be needed for insurance coverage? I don't know that this is the reason, but whatever it is, this surprise attack is by no means something that is going to make the stock go up. ha ha ha. You pumping morons crack me up. Can U say DESPERATE? The only take away I get from this message board is that there is more than a handful of folks who got greedy and are waaaay over exposed at the time of this negative announcement (that's right, dilution is NEVER a positive).
Whatever the effect, we should find out this Friday. Page 15 of Ex-1:
The First Closing Date. Delivery of certificates for the Firm Shares to be purchased by the Underwriters and payment therefor shall be made at the offices of Jefferies, 520 Madison Avenue, New York, New York (or such other place as may be agreed to by the Company, Jefferies and Baird) at 9:00 a.m. New York time, on June 21, 2013, or such other time and date as may be agreed upon by the Company, Jefferies and Baird (the time and date of such closing are called the “First Closing Date”).
You really must be a noob.
The allocation has already been made to Baird and Jeffries.
They bought the stock at a discount (usually around 5%) and have been distributing it to client accounts at $12.35
Not for long. It's only a matter of time before the manipulators have done their dirty deed and allow the dump that should have been today. Remember what they did after the mediocre data? We were trading at 12 and they tanked it down to 7 - and this on the very SAME information we have today; nothing new. If you THINK this stock is not manipulated then you're either new, or just not the "sharpest tool in the shed". FACT: It' should have TANKED today based upon the SPEND RATE of a company that had it's hand out less than a year ago, and now, low and behold, it's out again. Be careful here people. Don't do something you'll regret. Yesterdays dilution could still slam dunk share prices down into the 7s in a nano second.
