100% cannot happen, our newest JV partner gets a residual interest in the first 4 wells. I agree that, it would be nice to see DEJ buy out brownstone but I don't see that happening as we don't have the money. Best case scenario is that brownstone fetches a big dollar from a new partner. Preferably one with real deep pockets, but either way it could serve to illustrate the value of koko and therefore therefore the value of DEJ NAV.
I am beginning to think DEJ's recent drop has something to do with this Brownstone news... I see what you're saying Stress and Inwentash could resort to selling DEJ shares to raise capital. But with only 3,333,333 shares of DEJ according to the most recent 13G filing he wouldn't be able to raise much even if he could sell it all at current prices- it would only amount to around $660k.
