1. what material events have happened since theprice was 24 cents and now?
2. if any events occurred, were they positive, neutral or negative?
3. does the price movement commensurate with the events?
In the market, you buy or you sell or you have no money
there is no holding
when a stock that should be going up is going down, that's when you can make the most money
let the blind panic as they are very few by the way, this is easy to tell as no "human" trying to sell or buy would hold out for 1, 1000th of a penny, these lots we see so often are automated and a clear sign of manipulation.
There is nothing wrong with selling if you want to move on to something more liquid than DEJ, but I must warn you that you will find few stocks that are have more 10 bagger potential. Now is a good time to stock up and get some friends to buy in.
JTF Agree with all 100% except get friends to buy, most people don't have stomach for Spec. stock and they sell when the least little drop in sp occurs. They do no DD only watch price. Then blame you for any losses but give you know credit when they gain. Hey Kenny most institutions can not buy stocks below $5.00. That is why small companies like DEJ rely on other means for $$. Can you say private oil fund 6.5mm JV with Billion dollar Co. that is going to drill 3 wells for us on their dime 10mm plus. Oh yea private investor several mm. (imo Gorrell ???) That is 20mm plus. That alone is 90% of our market cap. But the investments were made on less than 10% of our properties.
If, as you claim, there is so much potential here, then why do institutions own only 1.2% of the shares outstanding? They know way more than anyone on this message board yet they own virtually no shares. Why is that?
you mean like institutions like the 6.5 million shares? or the 14million offering? with another option to buy $5 million to buy when the stock goes to 40 cents?
those are institutions who know more than us right?
Institutions are made up of herd animals that watch and copy one another. I guarantee that the majority of analysts do not know more than anyone on this board, as you say. After doing your DD, listen to a Q&A session on a conference call, or read a coverage report, and you will soon realize that most analysts are not particularly knowledgeable.
