Anyone hear if this was rejected by TSE/NYSE?
I hope some stops this abuse of power by management!!!
What about fiduciary obligations to shareholders??
therealfacts123, have you given thought to just flying up to Vancouver to talk to management?
I don't think I've ever seen you get on this type of rampage before. That's your right, of course. But given all the energy you've dispensed hopping on this board daily with the criticisms and attacks, wouldn't you rather just go see those people and get it over with? At least you'll be heard.
Just a thought.
A Happy New Year to you, btw.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Go to Van? I would if I knew it would do any good. You don't think dej mgt would take any notice of a few retail investors let alone one? Anyway the damage has already been done.
I have officially complained. It would appear most investors are new here and just looking some 'pump and dump' so i don't expect them to side with me.
It just worse instead of better as can be seen from the 'proposed', most recent; equity raise. I think it is outrageous and i hope the NYSE REG authority reviews it before giving any approval.
It was not rejected. Fiduciary obligations toward shareholders was exercised through further investment by strategic investors and management to bring current negotiations to fruition for the benefit of all shareholders. I am happy when a company takes this initiative and feels confident with the future by furthering investment. This is an outward display of confidence and is fully declared c/w approval by the exchanges prior to close. Convincing strategic investors to buy the 75% portion without disclosing insider information is what the exchanges monitor closely along with the standard statutes. In my books, bolstering by insiders is a good thing... look at the recovery run it is going through IMHO. GH5
My reply did not come out so I will be brief this time.
Fiduciary oblig thru further investment --- what a laugh!!!
First, how do you know it was not rejected??
Then there is the question of why another equity raise -- if the SECO deal was so good.
Why at at discount to market?
Why only insiders?
Why a 7% finders fee when it is discount to market???
So insider not only get a discount to market but a FURTHER discount of 7%!!!
Then, why not allow existing shareholders to buy at the discount???
THIS WAS TAILORED TO INSIDERS.
If it smell like a fish then it must be a fish.
And, this smells like past equity scams.
