Going to load up on some more. Not looking for a capital gain as this will yield a great income for decades to come! Capital gains will come when the market relays how high the distribution yield has become.....
Distribution of Cash based on earnings is required in a Partnership. PE dropping means nothing unless the market anticipates this is a poorly run company or is in a decaying business which the PE would hint a future cut.
There is nothing of the sort happening at UAN. Since this company is well run, came out of a turnaround with increased capacity of a product that is in high demand i look for the future distributions to increase.
I welcome an a drop to $15 so I can buy more (at a 15+% yield)
