The company has lost credibility with me by not disclosing the plant shut down and effect of earnings in an open and timely matter (placing the required information in a way post dated SEC filing). UAN misled by omission while those ‘close’ to the company knew of the problem. True, RNF is getting mauled along with UAN; but, so far their management doesn’t appear to work against the unit holders. Life goes on…but this may be the new Icahn policy of secrecy to the max allowed by law.
ironic that they have no problem telling you they are back on line, but didn't want to tell us they were having to shut down in May. Just needed to tell us they were selling shares at $25 in a secondary; around the same time as the 1st shutdown.
