    How low can this go?

    >It's all about future value of money. The price is based on the future expectation of positive cash flow to build shareholder wealth and conjuntively decreasing their WACC.<

Yeah, if daily price action in a stock and the market as a whole were based on sober, careful analysis we wouldn't see the wild swings we do. It's as emotion driven as anything else. And gee, in your case, you're just here to help us poor ignorant folk. I'm no day trader and I can read a balance sheet and I also read stock charts to improve my returns and protect my capital. And I can also read into your purpose here... to distribute FUD:

    Fear Uncertainty and Doubt.

Thanks, but I can think for myself. And I can tell by some of the insightful posts that there are a few others on this board that can think for themselves as well. cksw has already gone down because of the future value of money consideration. And they're still profitable, and still have about 0.47 cash. Can this situation change? Of course. But I think if you're looking for good short situations, there are much better pickings than cksw at this point:

Try LI and XMSR, talk about bloated cows and lousy prospects of future value of money vs valuation.

    • Agreed. I'd love to be able to short some XMSR right now. What a complete rip-off. Our gross rev's are in their ballpark and we are.... 1/100th of their valuation.

CKSW is certainly not the stock to short right now. If the tech market continues to be bearish, shorts may be able to pocket a little of shorting this stock but only because of the mire in must wade through temporarily.

If earnings projections stay close to the same and we have positive guidance in the CC, do you really think we are going to tank - even despite a tanking tech index? I wouldn't say so.

The market cap of 50 million makes this extremely appealing. What company has more marketing capacity and contacts within the tech world than IBM? May one or two companies... in the world. Don't you think this partnership will increase CKSW's profitability.

It's funny because with a 50 million dollar company (not much at all for the naz), I'm used to thinking "might this deal allow them to breakeven?", where here CKSW already has and appears to be on course for quarter after quarter of positive earnings.

I bought in because the valuation was laughable at 2.20 and then at 2.03. I'm down around 3000 dollars, but certainly expect to make this back. Nothing dramatic has appeared to change... perhaps guidance may be lowered slightly, but growth q2q remains very strong in this unstable marketplace.
