Gunner, I actually agree with you, and the company does look good based on the fundamentals, but there is definitely something wrong when great quarterly earnings are announced and the stock moves down, or at best no where at all.
Click does look like a good buy, but it also does not fail to dissapoint time and time again. Sure the market is in correct mode "now" and august/september are historically the worst months for the stock market, but the stock has been falling the whole year, even while the rest of the market was going up.
Again, I honestly agree with you about the sound fundamentals of this company, but there has got to be some sort explanation of the erratic behavior we have seen with the price action all year. You honestly rarely hear any news from the company (except around quarterly earnings periods), and the way the shelf was announced leads me to believe that there is a serious problem with the company management. It seems that senior management does not know how to run a publicly traded company.
