Moshe, for the love of God, please set your pride aside and allow the board to hire a seasoned CEO. It's time. You can still be President and be the Chief Technology Officer. A seasoned tech CEO will make better business decisions (like not declaring a dividend in the first place) and you will have time to work with the tech people developing even better software and tools. Isn't that what you really want? Really? Isn't it? Don't you want your investment to be worth more, too?
Why do not those who ask questions online at the quarterly meetings, ask Moshe why he doesn't get a more dynamic CEO? Is this question forbidden? And why haven't they found an acceptable company to buy?
Who gave this a thumbs down? Seriously. Show your face and give me a reason why you think the founder of a tech company that is near retirement age and NOT a business man should be the CEO of a grwoth company?
I can not understand why he is rewarded with stock options after the stock dropped 35% in value in the last year. I know that if my productivity dropped 35% at my job, I would get no pay raise and a very poor performance evaluation which would mean little chance of future promotion.
I kept saying the same thing for years...
From my past experience, mainly with Israeli software companies, the true value was floated after the founder moved aside and a professional manager ran the company.
e.g. New Dimension Software and Retalix just to name a few,,,
