    • I was not able to hear the webcast, so I had to read the transcript on SA. I have not read the annual report yet either. Initially, I see no surprises, other than I agree with you cat that they seem to be at least indicating that a R/S may not be necessary. Earnngs seem to be in line with a growing co. and potential for France and Japan in the future looks good. I think the key take away here is a strategic transaction. I f they are successful in that, they have the potential to transition this co. into something more than what it is today. I believe that is where FC wants to take it. It is not going to happen overnight, but I am willing to wait as long as I see growth and wise decisions on the part of mgmt. That being said, I am going to hold mgmt's feet to the fire regarding their promise to work hard for their salaries. I want to see a good acquisition, continued growth, and this co. streamlined to the point where it squeaks. I also want mgmt to invest in this co. with their own money as I have. They should take the risk like every other shareholder has. Given that, I think we may have a ground floor opportunity here. BTW, I still think ACT will seek FDA approval at some point on a next gen, but we need to move forward now. I am giving this co. a second chance. If I see a Laurel and Hardy
      show, it's adios.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy
