Dumb question probably but if the federal court remands the decision back to the district court is Judge Stein likely to overturn his previous position? Intuitively I know think the answer is "no, stupid" but this is the legal world.
"Endo, in a complaint filed today in federal court in Washington, said it stopped selling Opana ER after finding the pills could be crushed and inhaled by drug abusers. Endo replaced that version with a crush-resistant one, known as Opana ER CRF, in February. " Pure #$%$, depose Carolina Manogue and she will divulge they knew of abuse potential B4 launch of the product. Guy, you are a fudgeup and slipping.
Hey Danny, who is the fudgeup now? Stock is going no where. Like I said...GENERIC OPANA ! Company moral is sooooo bad. Loss of two big drugs lido and opana going generic, Vgel is a novartis drug, Frova is competing against 3 generic triptans, and Fortesta is not going well with company puting no funds towards it.....I am going to guess Endo gets bought out at $16 - $19? Hovack made some bad decisions in his buying sprees! Only loaded with DEBT NOW.
The only bright spot for myself and ENDP today was the fact that I received ENDOCET as the generic equivalent for percocet. Hopefully tomorrow I can purge my kidney stone and the stock will recover as well.
Been there, done that a week and a half ago. Good luck with the kidney stone -- it was nice to have the endocet to get through it (honestly without the two shots of morphine I would have rather just died!).
