wonder what that is all about!

I believe it has to do with the lawsuit that was filed against ENDP by Lectec.

fwiw..
I own shares in two other companies that have filed CT forms. They were about 6 months ago and nothing significant has ever developed.
Seems kinda foolish to be filing all this corporate info and then a CT. Doesn't make sense to this shareholder.
ps maybe something to do with D E Shaw holdings?

I have no clue. I hope someone could comment with some possibilities as to why a company would file this form. I would think there could be some positive and negative reasons.
