They are losing money and selling at multiples of book value. Why would anyone invest in this?
I think you´re got it perfectly right. In my view, owners of this company, have been extremely fanatic, to see how Mr Pruitt, have looted Chanticleer, over the years. Even CH´s track record consist more red flags, than one can count.
