If it does, the three headed dog will take all profits before they get to the investors. Cerberus gets the upside, investors get the downside. Why would anyone in his right mind invest his hard earned money here?
BXC sold Portland for 7.5 million. Is the money going to inventory to grow the business and grow stock holder equity????? No - management is using it to pay down debt. Do you think the debt is to the three headed dog??? You bet it is. Cerberus takes the profits and the shareholders get nothing. Why would you be a shareholder in this ward of a three headed dog????
Maine or Oregon?... interesting perspective... I have a theory that Cerberus cooks the books to make them lose money so Cerberus can use the loss as a tax advantage. The people at the company work hard to make a profit but every quarter they "close a branch and charge themselves some imaginary penalty for millions of dollars" and they end up taking a loss... BTW I heard that they closed 5 branches out west... which ones were sold?
