    I'm reading into the tea leaves here, but it appears to me that my speculation has been accurate.

    When a company is chronically undervalued, one tactic is to solicit bids as a defense against potential law suits. If the bids come in at or near current levels, the board has a defense against claims of shirking fiduciary responsibility.

    I think we will find this is the case, and ACOM will remain a publicly traded company
