This is actually GREAT NEWS that ACOM was bought out by an "investment firm". All that means is that in about 1 year, Permira will turn it for a large profit, possibly selling their stake in the $50 range. Investment firms historically make bids like this when they see large upside potential in the "short term". Just hold your shares for 12 months, or in fact "Buy More", and you will make out like a bandit!! PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE!! (Also can be very profitable) ;)
