Yes, I know about the lawsuits, which the law firms may earn money on, but will it benefit the shareholders?
I'm afraid that between management, Spectrum and their partners in this corruption, they may have the votes to pass this sale.
I sent a message to the SEC asking how we can file complaints and ask for them to stop the vote for the sale, pending a completion of an investigation of a conflict of interest and failure of the BOD in their fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders to obtain the best and highest price for us.
I will post their answer after I receive it.
