Just ordered a new SR1911 and a SR40C. This latest SR40C will join my other SR40C I purchased last year and has served me well as an EDC (Everyday Carry). The supply of 1911's tells me these are getting a lot
of buyers. I'm also seeing a lot more shooters carrying the SR9C and SR40C's at the local range, which is no surprise to me seeing how great these guns are at a very fair price point. This strategy works well in that there always seems to be either .45 ACP or . 40SW in stock. Just the same I have be stocking up on both calibers.
Good deal! Hope you had fun. It seems .40SW and .45 ACP ammo is getting more plentiful and in near me you can pretty much get it now anytime. That wasn't the case just a few months back.. Alot more supply certainly (of .40 and .45) than the still scarce 9MM. While I own a LC9, it's been harder to get the 9mm ammo in my area. So I've been holding onto the few boxes of 9mm I am able to find here and there and shooting the .40and .45 more.
