* OVTI is holding $6 cash per share * OVTI's EPS is growing at 40% year over year * With OVTI EPS over the last two quarters averaging around 50 cent a share per quarter, OVTI has a good chance to earn $2 EPS ttm, trailing twelve months. * OVTI has no debt
That being the case, PE is less than 12 for OVTI, which is a strong growth stock with a solid balance sheet that holds no, zero, nada debt.
Waiting for WFC. If WFC is what I think it is, OVTI will lock down 40-50% of a $4billion market by the end of 2008. Ovti could be a $2 bllion company earning 30% net margins...That would be $12/share....What IS this thing rally worth?
well that would be about $250/share plus cash on balance sheet (more than today) minus debt (still zero). but it is a long ways off, wfc is still on the drawing boards. I'll be happy with continuing the growth rate of the past 12 months provided that we keep the high beta so we can punish stupid investors like stocky-boy.
just remember that it is a high-beta "buy" which means u have 2 b smart about when u buy. unlike stocky-boy who SUCKS at timing this stock and wastes alot of money on options which expire worthless thinking he is smart. he was pumping it at 34 and now is bashing it at 30. what a sorry excuse for an investor he is.
i tend to agree with u that ovti is a buy. i just happen to believe that that is not very relevant with a beta of 4.8. the key factor to succeed is to buy when there is fear, sell when ther is euphoria and most of ignor 'stockmarketgambler' becuz he is a complete asshold doofuss .
