Reg SHO and SEC Rule 203

    Yeh, thanks for info.

OVTI is now listed in the green list for 13 days. To find OVTI in the list, go to www.regsho.com then select "naked short lists" on the top bar and then select "view by date" from drop down menue and click on "2007-3-9" date. a list is displayed starting with red and day 1. As you go down the list, number of day are increased and become green at day 13. You can find OVTI there. It is around 142 in the list. Only a few have 13 days and OVTI is one of them.

I checked a few stocks in the list. Most of them are stocks that kicked out of NAS or almost BK or just very new with a lot of debts and huge negative income. It is amazing that OVTI with advanced technology, cash and positive income is seen there. And there are some stocks like OVTI or NTRI that doomed by analysts not because of income but mostly because of political reasons. I don't want to make an issue of being jew, christian or moslem here but Hasan Gadjali(VP of advanced products at OVTI) is a moslem like some other employees at OVTI that probabaly not liked by some analysts and big brokerage houses who control US market. If a few employees' name were ended with "man" then this stock could be sitting at $30 now.

Now, take a look at NTRI that gaps almost every day in past 5 days. That went to green list recently and shorts are covering nervously.
