    corporate destruction

Watching this once progressive and growing company self destruct makes me ill. How the Board of Directors can sit idly by and let this happen is perplexing to say the least. Doesn't anyone there in a position of power have the intestinal fortutide to stand up and say "I'm not going to take any more of this?"

    • FYI - I called this morning to find out when and where. They needed to know my name to announce my call - a curent shareholder wasn't enough. They must not have liked the announcement - Im still waiting on a call back from Ms. Baird.

I expect to be swept under the rug just like Coury would state that he wouldn't take any questions about Icahn on the CC's when that's all anyone wanted to know. I doubt that we can do much. If there is a bigger turnout than usual I gotta believe that alone would send a message. I'm willing.

Perhaps they are looking at New Orleans - that would certainly cut down on attendance!

Seemed weird that a public company was so interested in who I was - rather than sharing information which is what I expect IR to do.

BTW the times that I have called I don't think I've ever gotten a warm body in IR - where are they? Working on some conspiracy on what a great businessman Coury is? IR for MYL has got to be a tough job. Perhaps changes will come soon that will make it easier for all of us.

      Dave

    • That was probably the toast shouted from the staggering exec at today's three martini lunch.
