And let management know how you feel about their continued efforts to increase shareholder value through massive share dilution and outrageous executive compensation.

    • I voted over 17,000 shares against management ans the board.

double solicitation of proxies should be reviewed by the SEC.

    • Since receiving and returning the proxy material ten days ago, I have received 2 separate copies of the proxy material asking me to vote according to management recommendations.

I voted to Withold all directors.

I voted Against the Executive Compensation Advisory.

I voted For having the Chairman of the Board be an independent non-executive director and thus separate from CEO position.

I have nearly 13,000 shares and have held these since 1996. I am frustrated and outraged by the way this company has been run over these years. Mylan is a valuable asset in a in-focus industry that has been mismanaged by Puskar, Coury and Bresch.

Clearly, even with all of the optimism spouted by management for the next five years, wall street analysts don't buy it or beleive that management can make that optimism a reality.

My hope is that some company, like Pfizer, makes a PUBLIC offer for Mylan. I'm sure Mylan is worth at least $35 to some company who wants to bulk up its generic business.
