    • What balance sheet are you looking at? Long term debt is up and we are a hell of a long way from any dividend!

      • Don't expect a dividend. That's not why you should own this stock. What you should expect is nice earnings growth and an increased multiple in the future. This stock only trades at a PE of 11 when in reality it should be trading at a PE of 14 - 16. I think the PE could get up to 18 in the next 5 years. With a PE of 14 you would have a stock price of ~$39.90. With a PE of 16 you would have a stock price of ~$45.60. If they can in fact generate $6.00 per share in earnings by 2018 like are forcasting per their last earnings report / conference call, that would be a 111% increase in earnings compared to their prejected earnings for 2013. Now ask yourself why would a company come out and forcase earnings 5 years out to 2018? They are basically telling investors that their current multiple is too low and they are also giving potential suitors a better idea of what the future looks like. A potential suitor will be willing to pay a lot more knowing that mgt. is forcasting $6.00 in EPS by 2018. To me this stock is definitely undervalued with tremendous upside in share price. The last point I will make is that for the first time both S&P and Moody's has ranked $MYL as investment grade so I wouldn't be too concerned with their debit level.
