That would halt the bleeding and things are only going get better for hdsn, perception is everything and I don't believe the increase in virgin R-22 is going be that big a deal, I have been checking the price of the gas and from what I can tell so far there is little change and it isn't even summer yet, their earnings will keep pace and second quarter they do really well so either way im holding for a while. No they absolutely shouldn't. They should conserve cash given that their working capital needs will swing greatly depending on the price of gasses and they need to maintain flexibility. The worst thing they could do is go and tap the equity markets down the road because they wasted cash on repurchases. Repurchases don't build businesses- they reward impatient investors.
