After hours all over the board. 8.50 - 9.47 more volume at the higher end. My opinion: the company is young enough there shouldn't be a "sales" issue. The product should be WAY to the left on the product life-cycle. Plan on holding to the bottom (again). GLTA
wizard, 'the company is young enough' - the company started in 1999 - 14 years. That's a long time to be losing money and still say they are growing. They've been in the same space. The number of customers is not growing, in fact, with mergers, their target market is shrinking. That's why forecast is lower and it's not due to sales effort.
the conference call really was nothing to write home about. Especially the loss guidance for FY14 is going to #$%$ the last remaining investors tomorrow. Losing at least $20 million will eat heavily into the cash balance. Analysts seemed somewhat confused about the company's decision to hold on to currently idle sitting employees just in case things might become better. And reducing service people while increasing the salesforce clearly does not bode too well for implementation going forward.
The new head of sales doesn't seem to be a real highflyer either so I don't see any reasons for owning the stock here. Still there's no strategy in place for turning around the company and the great cash balance will come down significantly going forward. Even at this low level the stock remains a sell.
