    Got to hold on!

Bucksave isn't saying it is a slam dunk, but her due diligence is admirable. This is a very small company and not followed by many analysts. That leaves investors to pretty much come to their own conclusions on a very complex and uncertain subject, which they are understandably reluctant to do. Of any area of patent law, the nonobviousness standard is very much developing law and Judge Rader is at the center of that development.

    • Snts needs a good thinktank (good mgmt who can think) and a good marketing firm. Speaking of Thinktanks, I suggest it's need for future protection for every firm in America.

      • Buck, I don't know if they need DEPO to be involved, as in a merger. DEPO is far worse off, now with tonight's results; Serada hot flash treatment trial results were bad, as I thought they might be (so I have no DEPO shares, now as I indicated before. In March, I told them, sell DEPO @ $8.60's and buy SNTS @ $3.22; DEPO holders said DEPO would outperform (it's going to $15, blah, blah, blah, and thought they were high and mighty. Well SNTS didn't go up like I thought, YET. At least my principal is still intact with SNTS, while DEPO is being chopped to bits). DEPO could see $3's tomorrow, ouch, or in a few days (their leader left after the ABT GRALISE deal fell apart). They are wandering through some very dark woods.

Don't know if they are smart enough to bid for SNTS and would probably put a drag on our investment. They seem like an albatross, and who needs it around the neck?

SNTS is the best, so far. Good luck longs!
