    • No one is watching this MANAGEMENT. INSTITUTIONS and FUNDS OWN LESS THAN 7.5 PERCENT. Why don't you go down and investigate DXPE and keep an eye on DXPE as a shareholder. Under most Corporations Code Sections, shareholders have certain right of investigation and attend shareholders' meetings to keep track of the company. Good luck hedging against the INSIDERS'sell actions within the last 6 months. TOP RANKING OFFICERS and DIRECOTRS are dumping their OWN SHARES of this low float company - before the close of 3rd Q Revenue.

    • If CEO,CHAIRMAN,CFO,DIRECTOR,VP MARKETING all "covered" using your words at $15, then you better sell NOW. No INSTITUTIONS and FUNDS are watching this management.

    • LOL, you need counseling.

I know people who have become "paid researchers" and they are no more qualified or trained than my 3 year old niece.

I never admitted that I thought that the "insiders" saw a bleak 3-6 months. I merely said that they get locked out and their trading windows are limited. They have to take their oppurtunities while they can.
Some of them are protecting their investments. They still own large amounts of stock and just selling to cover. Smart move on any level.

    • Guys like you trading on feelings will get hammered with DXPE. Institutions and Funds hold less than 7.5% not 70%. This is a junk and has always been a junk. It is now catagory 5 PIG getting slaughtered. It will continue to get slaughtered to 3rd Q earning release end of October. However, if institutions and funds went in and out of this company that has been around since 1908 with holdings of 70% average - I might be interested for a long haul. Even the INSIDERS (CEO,DIRECTOR,VP MARKETING, etc.) were dumping outrageous percentage of publicly traded company at $15 just before the close of 3rd Q revenue. Smell the blood bath coming.

      • They sold because they had well, over 100% gain and their stock tading windo opened. Those guys don't have many opportunities at their level. I'm betting that they were in a black out period for the additional 60% gain after they sold. You're not making much sense. And for me, i'm made some money by getting into companies before the "institutions" pick them up. Please Short the stock, ride the ups and downs. Everyone here can make money. I don't want you to lose your money and I don't wish to lose mine.

      • yes, I meant that insiders own 70% of shares and they did not dump they sold a small amount as is usual for these small cap companies ..there was even an insider buy of 4000 shares.. INstitutions are buying this stock as per IBD(although there is modest selling today)
