    INSTITUTIONS OWN 70% OF SHARES

I'm not saying I know more... But if I had a chance to buy shares at $1.80 and sell them at $19, I would too. At least it shows that they are smart because they have very limited trading windows dictated by the SEC. The next time they have the chance, might not be able to for another 3-6 months depending on who they are. I sold the stock options in my company but it does not show how I feel about it long term, but i'm in a different business entirely and feel good about the long long term.

Your comment means INSIDERS all knew that in next 3-6 months, DXPE wasn't going anywhere. When the INSIDERS are dumping, non-experts of DXPE are hedging against the INSIDERS sell actions. Really funny.

II. "I sold the stock options in my company but it does not show how I feel about it long term"
This company has been around since 1908. It operates, not in the open market dealing with countless retail buyers, but rather within the close community where questions such as "buddy where is the next drilling?" is carried on. INSIDERS including their paid researcher has given dire warnings about the future REVENUE - EVEN AFTER KATRINA. INSIDERS sold in the $15 range, and some here are buying above $20. INSIDERS expect, accoding to your admission, expect dim future of 3-6 months, and therefore DUMP NOW when the going gets good.
