When the market was going down in past few weeks, API had its chance to go up since it didn't participate in Jan run up. From this point on, API gets less change since market is corrected somehow and now there are some good deals around.
A good deal is all in the eye of the beholder. Ever watch someone play the good old shell game? What I'm saying is that if the market is correcting, wait for your oportunities - don't buy on the runups and sell on the dips. We're more into a trading market for a while.
